Seller Levels at AlignTogether
Your seller level is based on your monthly performance. Superb service and high buyer satisfaction can earn you a top-level status on AlignTogether, and help you get more traffic and orders.
New Seller
Once you join AlignTogether and create a Service, you
are automatically labeled as a New Seller. In order to
start climbing up the level system, we encourage you
to work hard and play fair.
You will get to:
- Create up to 7 active services
- Maximum number of participants: 25
- Maximum number of Sessions: 7
- Maximum time period within which Multiple Sessions Group service need to be completed: 7 weeks
- Maximum duration of calendar visible to Buyers: 7 weeks
- Withdraw your earnings after 14 days
Level 1
There are a few requirements you’ll need to meet in order
to reach Level One status. This is an automatic process -
we look back at your performance for the past 60 days, and
if you meet the standards, you’ll be ranked as a Level One
Seller.
- Be an active seller for at least 60 days
- Complete at least 10 bookings(all time)
- Earn $100 or more(all time)
- Maintain a 4-star rating over 60 days
- Less than 10% bookings cancelled by Seller before start of the service over 60 days
- Less than 5% bookings cancelled by Seller after start of the service over 60 days
- Less than 10% bookings disapproved by Seller
- Receive no warnings over 30 days
You will get to:
- Create up to 14 active services
- Maximum number of participants: 50
- Maximum number of Sessions: 14
- Maximum time period within which Multiple Sessions Group service need to be completed: 14 weeks
- Maximum duration of calendar visible to Buyers: 14 weeks
- Withdraw your earnings after 14 days
Level 2
It’s time to step up your game. Level Two status isn’t easy
to achieve, but it’s worth it. This is an automatic process -
we look back at your performance for the past 60 days, and
if you meet the standards, you’ll be ranked as a Level Two
Seller.
- Be an active seller for at least 120 days
- Complete at least 50 bookings(all time)
- Earn $500 or more(all time)
- Maintain a 4-star rating over 60 days
- Less than 10% bookings cancelled by Seller before start of the service over 60 days
- Less than 5% bookings cancelled by Seller after start of the service over 60 days
- Less than 10% bookings disapproved by Seller
- Receive no warnings over 30 days
You will get to:
- Create up to 21 active services
- Maximum number of participants: 100
- Maximum number of Sessions: 21
- Maximum time period within which Multiple Sessions Group service need to be completed: 21 weeks
- Maximum duration of calendar visible to Buyers: 21 weeks
- Withdraw your earnings after 14 days
Top Rated Seller
This elite group of Sellers enjoy a growing number of exclusive
benefits, as they continue on providing Buyers with an overall
excellent experience. Please note that this is a manual process -
once you meet the following requirements, we will look back
on your performance. Once our team confirms your eligibility,
you’ll be ranked as a Top Rated Seller.
- Be an active seller for at least 180 days
- Complete at least 250 bookings(all time)
- Earn $2,500 or more(all time)
- Maintain a 4-star rating over 60 days
- Less than 10% bookings cancelled by Seller before start of the service over 60 days
- Less than 5% bookings cancelled by Seller after start of the service over 60 days
- Less than 10% bookings disapproved by Seller
- Receive no warnings over 30 days
You will get to:
- Create up to 28 active services
- Maximum number of participants: 500
- Maximum number of Sessions: 28
- Maximum time period within which Multiple Sessions Group service need to be completed: 28 weeks
- Maximum duration of calendar visible to Buyers: 28 weeks
- Withdraw your earnings after 7 days
